Rent Collection and Tenant Inquiries

The legal name of the property owner appears on the lease and in property records, but we do NOT provide tenants with the owner’s contact information.  All tenant inquiries and communication is handled by the property manager and/or office staff.

Tenants pay rent to Silver State Realty & Investments by any of the following methods:

Online ACH
Online credit card
Mail to our office
Deliver in person to our office during business hours
We even have a drive through window for rent payments!

Tenants can request maintenance by any of the following methods:

Online via the tenant portal
Email the property manager
Call the office or property manager
Text for emergency service
24/7 hotline for emergency service
